We track all incoming flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur automatically adjusts their arrival time — at no extra charge. We include a standard 60-minute free waiting period for international arrivals.

We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your booking. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged in full. For special events or peak-period bookings, specific cancellation terms apply and will be communicated at booking.
